Shipping, Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING

Complimentary standard shipping is offered to customers all over the world using DHL Priority and Fedex Priority service.

Orders located will arrive between 3 - 7 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to track your order.

Please note: tracking information will be updated online after your order has been shipped.

Once the goods you've ordered are delivered to your designated delivery address, they become your rightful ownership. At this point, you will assume responsibility for these goods, and TARIAN relinquishes any further obligation for their maintenance or care.

RETURNS

To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:

- The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

- The item must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.

- The item must have its original packaging, including cases, cleaning cloths, and cleaning sprays.

- The item must not show signs of wear, including scratches, marks, or alterations.

Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

- Parts and services

- Shipping, taxes, and duties

- Promotional items

Eyewear: Please handle the eyewear with care and avoid touching the lenses with your fingers or placing it on rough surfaces. The eyewear case, cleaning cloth, and drawstring pouch must be returned alongside the eyewear, in its original condition. Please be sure to place the eyewear inside the case so as to prevent damages during transit.

Damaged/defective items: If you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team bonjour@tarian.paris within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we promptly resolve the issue.

TARIAN reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Ineligible items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Service Team bonjour@tarian.paris to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you’d like to return.

Guest Orders: If you placed your order as a guest, you must create an TARIAN account in order to request and manage a return yourself. If you would prefer not to create an TARIAN account, you can contact our Customer Service Team bonjour@tarian.paris to help you facilitate the return.

EXCHANGES

We understand that purchasing eyewear is a journey and our goal is to ensure you love your eyewear and offer an experience as seamless as slipping on your favorite shades. 

TARIAN does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. For assistance for your online exchange, please contact Customer Service Team bonjour@tarian.paris 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Team bonjour@tarian.paris 

REFUNDS

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, TARIAN will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 3 - 7 business days to process the return items, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

Please note: International orders, shipping fees, and duties will not be refunded. 

TARIAN reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed.  

Third Party Return Policy

When making a purchase through an authorized TARIAN Dealer, the purchase is subject to their specific return and exchange policy which may differ from an TARIAN boutique or www.tarian.paris. TARIAN boutique and www.tarian.paris do not accept returns or exchanges from TARIAN Dealers. Products purchased on www.tarian.paris may not be returned at an TARIAN boutique store or at an authorized TARIAN Dealer.  

TARIAN Boutique (In-Store) Return Policy

When making a purchase in an TARIAN Boutique, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of the original purchase date if all of these requirements are met:

- The item must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.

- The item must have its original packaging, including cases, cleaning cloths, etc.

- The item must not show signs of wear, including scratches, marks, or alterations.
